1. Service description
KSHF ("the Service") is operated by FLOW PLUS FOR COMPUTERS AND INFORMATION SYSTEMS (UAE). The Service provides an automated AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) audit and a paid fix package for websites. The free audit scans publicly accessible URLs. The paid fix package is a one-time purchase that delivers a ZIP file containing structured content recommendations.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to submit the website(s) you scan. By using the Service you represent that you have the right to authorize the scanning of any URL you submit.
3. Payments
Prices are displayed in AED (UAE Dirham) with a USD equivalent. All payments are processed by Stripe. The one-time fee covers one fix package for one root domain. VAT may apply based on your jurisdiction. Invoices are available via your Transactions page.
4. Refund policy
We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase if: (a) the fix package was not delivered due to a system error on our side, or (b) the downloaded ZIP file is corrupt or empty. To request a refund, email kshf@flowplus.ae with your order ID. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if the fix package was successfully delivered and downloaded. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to scan websites you do not own or have authorization to scan. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract the fix package generation logic. You may not resell fix packages as your own product without prior written consent from FLOW PLUS.
6. Intellectual property
The fix package content generated for your domain belongs to you. The Service, its algorithms, prompts, and UI are the intellectual property of FLOW PLUS FOR COMPUTERS AND INFORMATION SYSTEMS. KSHF, KSHF.com, and associated marks are trademarks of FLOW PLUS.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is". We make no guarantee that following the fix package recommendations will result in any specific ranking, citation, or revenue improvement. AEO is an evolving field and AI model behaviors change.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the UAE.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email 14 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
